Adjoe, a well-established company offering multiple products, sought to update their campaign setup dashboard. Their primary goal was to empower partners with a self-service solution, streamlining the process and reducing reliance on account managers.
Adjoe's campaign setup challenged me to bridge the gap between user needs and business goals. This project solidified the principle that effective UX isn't just about aesthetics; it's about unlocking efficiency, empowering users, and ultimately, driving business success.

Adjoe is a prominent company offering a variety of products. They approached me to tackle this specific challenge within their campaign setup dashboard.
The existing campaign setup process was cumbersome and time-consuming. It heavily relied on account managers for assistance, creating bottlenecks and inefficiencies. Adjoe desired a user-friendly, self-service solution catering to both existing and new partners. Ideally, the solution would incorporate creative asset selection within the setup flow.
